FrieAme Modern Day Hospital AU Part 1

FrieAme AU where Friede's a paediatrician and Amethio's a terminally ill inpatient. Friede's in charge of Amethio's care and keeps telling himself not to get attached but oops Friede gets attached. So does Amethio. Contains main character death, obviously!

I feel bad for Gibe's wife in this AU because she gets cheated on and then dies (unrelated lmao).

I do think she knew about the affair from the get-go but... maybe since it was an arranged marriage, neither of them liked each other much in the first place, so perhaps Wife was seeing someone on the side too
[Me] Like it was a mutual agreement type of thing because the whole marriage was unwanted
[Me] But because of their families they couldn't divorce
[Me] (Which is also why they had kids: societal pressure)

But then Gibe's family pressured him to have another kid just in case something happened to Spi (yes, this is meant to be ironic, lol)"
[Me] In my mind LuciGibe dated in high school and Luci was a year or two older than Gibe. When Luci graduated they broke up (they knew that from the start of their relationship) and Luci then left to go and travel the world so that he wouldn't be tied down to anyone or anything
[Me] Meanwhile Gibe graduates and is immediately married to a woman he met like 2 months beforehand and isn't attracted to (he's gay)
[Me] And then he's forced to be a father when he never even wanted kids
