Amethio staying the weekend at Friede's place... I know it's unrealistic but maybe it's a long weekend/national holiday or something and the kids at the hospital are given a chance to go home for a couple of days, but Amethio doesn't want to go home and would rather be with Friede instead

For sure. I can't see Sango, Agate or Onyx actually looking into things because, well, Spi can have this weird-ass relationship with Frie if he wants to (they're both adults after all) but they are... suspicious of Frie a bit

I mean.. Frie would have asked for it if it does happen (I do like the thought that if Spi talks about this to Ame before he dies, Ame says he wouldn't forgive Spi and curse him if he did anything to slight Frie)

I like that thought too! I'm probably gonna have them talk about love and stuff, maybe Frie being surprised the brothers aren't open about romance etc means that Ame actually asks Spi something about it before he dies

I want Spi to regret not being nicer to Ame tbh. Like, yeah, they have that conversation and by the end of Ame's life they're a bit closer than they were, but in Spi's mind it doesn't change the fact that he never paid close attention to Ame

I feel like Ame wouldn't realise how much the wall between them hurt him until they started talking. He's the type to hide his feelings, so I think he'd try and brush off just how lonely he was... But he ends up crying while telling Spi exactly how he felt, and part of it is frustration that he never did anything to fix things either
