FrieAme AU where Friede's a paediatrician and Amethio's a terminally ill inpatient. Friede's in charge of Amethio's care and keeps telling himself not to get attached but oops Friede gets attached. So does Amethio. Contains main character death, obviously!

Friede helping Amethio shower for the first time and Ame being super insecure/shy about it, but he tries not to show it because, well, he has no reason to be like that, right?
[Me] Ame insisting on washing himself but Frie tells him not to overdo it, so Ame agrees to let Frie was his hair for him & his upper body (Frie's not touching him down there!!!)
[Me] Having someone else touch him is weird, especially in such an intimate setting (he's naked, after all). This is also the first time an adult man has ever touched Ame, to his knowledge
[Me] Ame keeps being really awkward and doesn't exactly know how to behave because uh. He's not used to this!
[Me] Anyway Ame inevitably ends up getting a boner and he just wants to implode from how embarrassed he is
"[Me] Frie: Dude it's just a reaction to touch in general, it's fine
Ame: But this isn't even anything sexual!
Frie: Yeah. It happens
Ame: No way. It shouldn't. Not... Not like this...
Frie: Why?
Ame: I... I mean, who the hell reacts like this to being showered by their doctor?! It doesn't make any sense!
Frie: :|"
[Me] (For bonus points this happens before Ame figures out he likes Frie)
[Me] No matter what Frie tells Ame ("It's perfectly normal, don't sweat it" etc), Ame doesn't believe him
"[Me] Frie tries cheering Ame up by telling him a story of his most awkward boner: during a tutoring session with his teacher/mentor (Lucca) and not being able to hide it from her

Lucca just laughed at him and said ""Aw, how cute"""
"[Me] Ame: Wow. That's kinda pathetic
Frie: S-Shut up! I know that!
Frie: If anyone called my dick ""cute"" nowadays, I don't think I'd ever get over it...
Ame: Yeah, I'm with you on that one"
[Me] (Frie shuts up immediately because he does actually find Ame's dick cute but he'd never ever say that to him)
[Me] Over time Ame gets less awkward about Frie washing him, and comes to accept that he's unable to do it himself. Frie's gentle and never touches Ame anywhere inappropriate, nor does he ever try and overstep Ame's boundaries
[Me] Eventually, far down the line, Ame doesn't have the energy to wash himself at all, but by that point he's much more comfortable with Frie touching him
