■ Q. Why was your first message to the creator so long?
In my first message, I chose to explain the background and my intentions as carefully as possible in a single message, so that I would not need to follow up repeatedly afterward.
As a result, it naturally became quite long.
At first, I expected the exchange to end after receiving the creator’s reply.
Later, after receiving a comment from a third party, I sent an additional follow-up message in order to communicate the remaining points I wanted to confirm all at once.
This note is intended only to clarify the circumstances.
It is not meant to evaluate any specific individual or group or to assign responsibility.
In handling this matter, I believed it was important to respond on the basis of facts rather than emotion.
For that reason, I made it clear at the beginning what I was contacting the creator about and which points I was focusing on.
I did try to be careful with the wording and structure in order to avoid misunderstandings.
However, I now feel that what seemed “polite” to me may have come across to the reader as overly formal and difficult to respond to.
I feel that I did not give enough consideration to that possibility.
In particular, I learned through this experience that a long and carefully structured message in formal language can sometimes create a sense of distance or pressure and may place the other person under unnecessary tension.
Going forward, I will continue to value sincere and careful communication while also trying more consciously to avoid wording that creates unnecessary tension.
The creator did provide an individual reply regarding that message.
I will refrain from publishing its contents (such as screenshots) or sharing the details widely with third parties, but I have taken that reply seriously and respect the creator’s view.
