【How to Participate】
■Participation Fees
・Circle Participation: 1,350 yen (This is a system fee; the organizers do not profit from it.)
*Please note that the event will run for three days (less than 72 hours) to coincide with the release of the "Nightmare" PV on August 24. This is why the participation fee is set as above.

・General Admission: Free
Both circle participants and general attendees must register for a free pictSQUARE membership. Registering in advance will ensure a smoother event experience.


【Participating as a Club】
■Circle Participation Requirements
Anyone may participate as a circle as long as their work features #Ren×Dan (RenHeng) or Xing×Dan (XingYue) by the day of the event.
Works may be new releases, back catalog titles, display pieces, or net prints; the medium or format does not matter.
As long as your work is ready, it is acceptable if you are unable to be present on the day of the event.

As this is a RenHeng and XingYue CP-only event, participation with works featuring CPs other than those listed above is prohibited.

■Permitted Activities
・Distribution of "Hadan" and "Oufu" doujinshi (new and existing titles), merchandise, and cosplay photo books
・Online printing of all-ages works
・Free downloads
・Distribution of avatars usable at this event

■Prohibited Items
・Distribution or display of works featuring or containing reverse pairings, reverse CPs, or other CPs
・Distribution or display of AI-generated works
・Distribution or display of works that use, trace, or incorporate official illustrations, in-game images, logos, etc.
・Distribution of merchandise that resembles official merchandise, poses a risk of competition, or features misleading designs
・Paid downloads
・Made-to-order items
・Online printing of R-18 and R-18G works

Please be aware that if we discover any prohibited content or works that violate the official guidelines, we may request the removal of such works or revoke your participation. Thank you for your understanding.

◾︎Regarding "Gomamochi"
For this event, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating or distributing "Gomamochi" under the name "Hadan."
You are welcome to distribute works and merchandise featuring "Gomamochi" on its own, but we would appreciate your cooperation in avoiding participation or distribution that equates "Gomamochi" with "Hadan" as described above.
Additionally, we ask that you limit your participation so that "Gomamochi" works do not exceed more than half of the total number of "Hadan/Ouhou" works.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■Regarding R-18 and R-18G Works
You may distribute and display these works, but please clearly indicate that they are not intended for viewing or purchase by anyone under the age of 18.
Please include warning notices or set up password protection, and ensure that pages containing R-18 or R-18G content are separated by an intermediate page.
Additionally, online printing of R-18 and R-18G works is prohibited.

■Regarding Works Featuring Special Settings
For the purposes of this event, "special settings" refer to all unofficial settings, including parodies, "what-if" scenarios, and gender swaps.
Works based on the characters Hadan and Oufu may be distributed or displayed. However, we ask that you include a disclaimer or warning when doing so.

Please be sure to review the terms and conditions before applying to participate as a circle. If you have any questions regarding the terms, please contact the X (formerly Twitter) admin account via DM. Violations of these terms may result in the removal of your work or cancellation of your participation.

■Regarding Booth Assignments
Booths will be tentatively assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the list of participating circles is finalized, the organizers will reassign the booths; therefore, please wait until the reassignments are confirmed before announcing your booth number.


【Prohibited Activities】
As noted in the list of prohibited items, please be aware that if we discover or confirm any works that violate the official guidelines, we may take measures to remove you from the event, depending on the circumstances.

■Consignment Participation
"Consignment participation" refers to the act of listing (or displaying) items created by someone else on their behalf.
