A little explanation:
"Kaigo no hana" is a phrase derived from the famed beauty Yang Guifei, used to praise someone’s beauty.
In my home country, Japan, we often use words of Chinese origin, but "kaigo no hana" isn’t commonly used in Japan.
Dan Heng wanted to compliment March’s appearance but felt a bit shy, so he chose to use the slightly obscure phrase "kaigo no hana."
