【利用規約】
・ファンアートや二次創作：可
・実況：可
・動画配信の収益化：可
・プレイ動画（ゲームシーンのみをつないだものなど、実況していないもの）：不可
※著しくゲームのイメージを損なうような利用、公然に性的な利用、公序良俗に反する利用はしないでください。
※第三者の誹謗中傷、迷惑につながる行為は行わないでください。
※第三者の権利（知的財産権、名誉、信用、肖像、プライバシー等）を侵害するもの、または侵害のおそれのある利用は行わないでください。
※権利元は、コンテンツの公開・配信、頒布などについて、第三者の権利を侵害していないことを含め、いかなる保証もいたしません。
※また、当該コンテンツを利用された結果発生した、いかなる損害または第三者との紛争についても権利元は補償をいたしません。
・Fan art and derivative works are allowed.
・Streaming and gameplay commentary are allowed.
・Monetizing video content (e.g., through ads or memberships) is allowed.
・However, uploading raw gameplay footage without commentary or added value (e.g., just stitched-together scenes) is not allowed.
⚠️ Please avoid the following:
・Using the content in ways that severely damage the game’s image.
・Explicitly sexual use in public or content that violates public morals.
・Any use that involves harassment, defamation, or causes trouble for others.
・Any use that infringes (or may infringe) on third-party rights such as copyrights, likeness rights, privacy, etc.
🚫 The rights holder (INUSHIT) does not guarantee that your content is free from third-party rights infringement.
They also take no responsibility for any damages or disputes with third parties arising from your use of this content.
【動画配信などについて】
動画や生配信の公開を行う際は、必ずタイトルに作品名を入れて説明文にSteamStore（もしくはゲームをプレイできるサイト）のリンク先を記載してください。
(例)

・理由の如何を問わず、権利元（INUSHIT）から依頼があった場合には、遅滞なく動画の掲載を中止してください。
When publishing videos or live streams, please:
・Include the game title in the video title, and
・Include a link to the Steam store page (or a website where you can play games) in the description.

If the rights holder (INUSHIT) requests the removal of a video for any reason, please take it down without delay.
【同人活動について】
・同人誌やグッズの制作・頒布は、非営利の範囲であれば自由です。イベントでの頒布や、BOOTHなどの同人通販プラットフォームでの販売、電子書籍の販売もOKです。
・収益は、制作費や活動費をカバーする範囲にとどめてください。継続的な大規模収益を目的とした活動はご遠慮ください。
・同人活動において、本作品の二次創作であることを明記してください（例：「Dig Nightの非公式二次創作です」）。
You may freely create and distribute fan-made works such as doujinshi and merchandise as long as it is non-commercial.
・Selling at events or through platforms like BOOTH, or distributing e-books is OK.
Please keep any revenue limited to covering production and activity costs.
Do not engage in large-scale, profit-driven activities.
Clearly state that your work is unofficial and based on Dig Night.
Example: “An unofficial FanWork of Dig Night.”

・公開や頒布にあたり、事前の許可や連絡は不要です。ただし、ガイドラインに違反する可能性がある場合や、特別な企画（例：大規模なコラボイベントなど）を検討している場合は、公式HPまでご相談ください。
・公式がコンテンツ（動画、ファンアートなど）を紹介する可能性がありますが、必ずしもすべての作品を紹介するわけではありません。ご了承ください。

as long as it follows these guidelines.
