My darling

This is a short novel about calji.
I translated it with a translation tool and then corrected it myself.
But there might be some mistakes.

I fantasized about Calcharo's past.(It is all fabricated and not an official setting.)
I hope you enjoy this somewhat poorly written explanation.
If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to ask questions.

“A stray dog scavenging in a garbage can.”
“A maggot that hangs on to carrion.”
Those were the words thrown at Calcharo in his infancy, when he did not yet have the ability to resonate.

“A gray devil.”
“A rabid dog lurking in a back alley.”
When Calcharo grew up and gained the ability to resonate, he came to be called that with some fear and sarcasm.

“A ghost clad in thunder and thorns.”
“A soul-sucking evil spirit.”
That is how his former friends described Calcharo, who had undergone irreversible changes at the end of a serious overclocking.

Calcharo thinks that none of these names is wrong.
As a child, he did not live a human life.
Shortly after he acquired the ability to resonate, he did not have a human mind.
And now, he does not have a human body.
So he doesn't care what people call him.
In the first place, Calcharo himself does not consider himself a human being.
Because, you know.
Who in the world can call something that can't die even after being pierced through the heart a human being?
Such a thing is not even a living being, let alone a human being.
Calcharo sucked out the frequencies of his friends and family, and embedded them in the empty cavity of his chest, and so Calcharo continues to operate even now.
The term "soul-sucking evil spirit" was an apt description of Calcharo's existence.

I once told such a story to Jiyan.
Since we are in a relationship I thought I should tell him about it.
He quietly listened to Calcharo's story to the end, then thought for a moment before opening his mouth.
“Still, I see you as a human being.”
“Even if your body is not made like a human being.”
“Your heart looks human to me.”
“Otherwise, I would not have liked you.”

“My darling.”
That's what Jiyan called Calcharo.
It was a little embarrassing to be treated like a human being.
But I was much happier than being called a dog or a ghost.
